RETURN POLICY

We know how crucial it is to have a satisfying shopping experience, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not pleased with the product, we offer returns within 10 days of purchase. The item should be in its original condition with tags attached for us to accept the return. We will process the refund, excluding the shipping cost once we receive the product. Please contact our customer service team for any return-related queries or assistance. For COD orders: The convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value of the order.

REFUND PROCESS

We will credit the refund funds to your account within 10 to 12 working days, to depending on the mode of payment and bank policies. If it takes longer than that, please email us at and we will address it promptly. For COD orders: Please give us your bank details via our customer care email – purchaseaaswadfoods@gmail.com We take 10-12 business days to process COD refunds. As mentioned above, the convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value of the order.
